Hi I believe my dog is a mixed breed of the belgian Malinois as his ears are not sticking out. Is that something that this breed can have or is it just my dog?

It's considered a fault when the ears won't stand erect. It's not uncommon, but not desirable either.

how old is your dog? if it is still a puppy, give him calcium supplements.. those should help.. :D
